Coworking Office. ​

The brief asked to redesign the Chocolate Factory into an office building for a community of designers, artists and small enterprises. The concept is inspired by theatre and set design. Since the tenants are creative souls and “performing” is such a big part of their job, we wanted to create a place where they feel like they are in the act of a performance. We created offices where tenants can go in and be alone and be “off stage.” And an open break-out spaces where tenants can be “on stage” and network with their colleagues.
